Boardman Clark announced Monday the addition of Stephen Kobza to its Madison office. Kobza will join the firm’s Intellectual Property Practice Group.
With the firm, his practice will focus on counseling and representing clients with patentability searches, analysis and the procurement of intellectual property rights before the U.S. Patent Office. Kobza graduated from Valparaiso University School of Law and is also admitted to practice in Illinois. He has experience in assisting clients with licensing, joint development and purchase agreements related to their intellectual property rights.
Kobza is a member of the State Bar’s Intellectual Property and Technology Law Section and a member of the American Bar Association.
