Gov. Tony Evers is seeking applicants for a Brown County Circuit Court judge vacancy.
The appointment will fill a vacancy being created by Judge William Atkinson’s retirement, effective Aug. 11. The new judge will complete a term ending June 30, 2020.
The application for this position can be found on the “Apply to Serve” page on Evers’ website at evers.wi.gov. A completed “Judge or Justice” application must be sent to GOVJudicialAppointments@ wisconsin.gov. Applications must be received by 5 p.m. Aug. 9.
