WI Court of Appeals – District I
Case Name: State of Wisconsin v. Moche Lamar Greer
Case No.: 2017AP1396-CR
Officials: Kessler, P.J., Brash and Dugan, JJ.
Focus: Plain Error
Moche Lamar Greer appeals from a judgment of conviction, entered upon a jury’s verdict, on one count of first-degree reckless homicide. Greer contends the trial court committed plain error when it allowed the State to comment, in closing argument, on Greer’s failure to subpoena an alibi witness. We reject Greer’s challenge and affirm the judgment.
