Certiorari Review – Revocation – Latent Ambiguity

2013AP1704 John R. Chic. v. Brian Hayes

John R. Chic, pro se, appeals an order of the circuit court denying his motion for clarification. Chic alleged the existence of a “latent ambiguity” in an earlier order that resolved his petition for certiorari review of a probation revocation by remanding the matter to the Division of Hearings and Appeals. The circuit court rejected his claim, and we affirm.
