The owner of Duescher’s Legendairy Farms, an animal feeding operation, will pay the state $100,000 for environmental violations.
Kewaunee County Circuit Judge Dennis Mleziva found Keith Duescher liable for violations at his Algoma farm, according to a news release, including polluting wetlands and a navigable waterway, illegally storing and disposing of solid waste, and failing to check for asbestos before demolition.
