MILWAUKEE (AP) — A superintendent of the New Holstein School District accused of trying to meet a 15-year-old boy for sex faces more charges.
According to a criminal complaint, 58-year-old Christopher Nelson was arrested Jan. 19 in a child sex sting after arranging for a rendezvous with a 15-year-old boy who was actually a Milwaukee police officer.
According to the Sheboygan Press, Nelson was charged Thursday with five counts of possession of child pornography for images found on a flash drive in his district office.
New Holstein School Board President Oscar Beilke declined to comment, according to the paper.
Nelson is scheduled to make an initial appearance on the charges Feb. 21. He remains jailed in Milwaukee on a $20,000 cash bond.
