Robert Sfasciotti is the adult son of decedent Lilia Sfasciotti and a beneficiary under her will. Robert appeals from the probate court's order denying his objection to the inventory the personal representative (PR) filed. He challenged the inclusion and validity of two debt instruments listed as assets on the inventory, contending that they actually represented "conditional gifts" from his mother. We disagree with Robert and affirm. This opinion will not be published.
