Stephen R. Stocki appeals from a judgment of conviction for operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of an intoxicant (OWI), second offense. He challenges the trial court’s denial of his motion to suppress evidence in which he argued that he had been impermissibly denied his right to an alternative chemical test. The trial court made a credibility determination that we are not in a position to disturb. We affirm. This opinion will not be published.
