Glenn Staege appeals an order directing him to terminate the nonconforming use of his property as a welding supply business. He challenges the trial court’s determination that he had expanded and changed the nature of his business beyond the use which was grandfathered when an applicable zoning ordinance was changed.
We conclude there was sufficient evidence to support the trial court’s determination and therefore affirm.
