00-3554-CR State v. Molzahn

By: dmc-admin//December 26, 2001//

Listen to this article

Andrew Molzahn appeals from a judgment convicting him of first-degree reckless homicide with the use of a dangerous weapon. Molzahn also appeals from the trial court’s order denying his motion for postconviction relief. He argues that there was insufficient evidence to support the verdict and that he received ineffective assistance of trial counsel. He also raises a host of other issues that we do not consider in detail either because he has inadequately developed the argument in support of them or because he has waived his right to bring them.

Accordingly, we affirm.
