BEV BUTULA: Financial regulations are now on the table

Trying to keep track of the various financial regulations? Thanks to Alacra, there is now a simple and visually appealing way to do just that.

Alacra has created the Periodic Table of Bank Regulation & Compliance.

The table lists various U.S., U.K., E.U. and other international financial regulations and agencies. Selecting an item from the chart provides the researcher with a brief summary of the topic, key facts, who it affects, and where to find additional information.

Some of the “elements” of this periodic table include the Collins amendment, securities whistleblower incentives and protection, Bank Secrecy Act, and Dodd-Frank. Alacra indicates they will be adding more “elements” as time goes on.
