Reconfinement

Shawn Joseph Murphy appeals orders of the circuit court reconfining him for the maximum-available two years and four days and denying his motion for a new reconfinement hearing. Murphy contends that the court erroneously exercised its discretion in setting his reconfinement term. We disagree with Murphy and, therefore, affirm the orders. This opinion will not be published.
