Family
Property division; maintenance

Bruce A. Knepfel appeals from the property division and maintenance components of the judgment of divorce from the former Margaret J. Knepfel, now Margaret J. Konlock. He contends that the trial court erroneously: (1) failed to determine that Margaret committed marital waste; (2) considered his pension at its present value as a property asset; and (3) held maintenance open rather than making an award in his favor. We disagree, and affirm the trial court’s thorough and well-reasoned decision. This opinion will not be published.
