Emil Ovbiagele is no stranger to hard work and being recognized for his accomplishments.

Being honored in the Wisconsin Law Journal’s Power 30 Labor and Employment list marks Ovbiagele’s second honor of 2024, and also the second time being named in the Law Journal’s Power 30 list. Last year, Ovbiagele was named to the Wisconsin Law Journal’s Power 30 Personal Injury attorneys.

Ovbiagele was honored in 2024 as being “among Milwaukee’s best and brightest young professionals and emerging leaders” at the Milwaukee Business Journal’s 40 Under 40 awards event.
On Dec. 13, 2023, Ovbiagele received a Wisconsin Law Journal award for being a Legal All-Star.

Just one year earlier, the American Bar Association named Ovbiagele as an On the Rise-Top 40 Young Lawyer. And in 2017, Ovbiagele was honored as an Up and Coming Lawyer by the Wisconsin Law Journal.

Ovbiagele, in addition to serving as the founder and managing partner at OVB Law & Consulting, is also the president of the Milwaukee Bar Association’s board of directors. Additionally, Ovbiagele is an adjunct associate professor at Marquette University Law School.
