Focus: Termination of Parental Rights – Ineffective Assistance of Counsel
M.R. and C.R.R. appeal an order terminating their parental rights to their son A.M.R. and orders denying their motions for postdisposition relief. They allege multiple circuit court errors and ineffective assistance of trial counsel, and appeal to our discretionary reversal authority. We reject their arguments and affirm the orders.
