Barry Kundert appeals a judgment convicting him of obstructing an officer, claiming he should be granted a new trial because he was denied his constitutional right to a unanimous verdict.

We agree and reverse both the judgment of conviction and the order denying Kundert’s postconviction motion for a new trial.
