For more than 25 years, Robert Bellin, a partner at Hammett, Bellin & Oswald in Neenah, has focused his practice on personal injury cases, helping victims of vehicle crashes. He helps clients navigate the pitfalls of dealing with their own insurance, another driver’s insurance, payment of medical bills, lost wages and property damage.
Besides personal injury, Bellin also handles wrongful death lawsuits; slip, trip and fall cases; dog bites; civil litigation; and business litigation.
He’s a member of the Wisconsin Association for Justice, the Outagamie County Bar Association, the Winnebago County Board Association, the Wisconsin County Bar Association, the American Association for Justice and the Wisconsin Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers. Bellin is also a fellow with the Wisconsin Law Foundation.
