Brian D. Anderson is a shareholder at The Everson Law Firm in Green Bay with 16 years of experience as an attorney.

For more than 25 years, Robert Bellin, a partner at Hammett, Bellin & Oswald in Neenah, has focused his practice on personal injury cases, helping victims of vehicle crashes. Frank Crivello, II has dedicated his entire career to advocating for injured individuals since joining Warshafsky, Rotter, Tarnoff & Bloch straight from law school in 1993.

Brandon D. Derry is an attorney and partner at Hupy and Abraham, S.C., and has practiced law for 24 years.

Derry’s greatest career accomplishment is winning a trial he was told was impossible. He represented an injured motorcyclist who had collided with a semi-trailer. The insurance company denied the claim, arguing the motorcyclist’s actions were the sole cause of the collision, and the insurer’s attorney recommended offering nothing to settle, confident they could not lose. The jury disagreed, finding the semi operator more negligent than the motorcyclist.

What drives Derry to succeed is a commitment to helping those who need it most. When clients have been blindsided by unexpected pain and injuries that affect every facet of their lives, he seeks to serve as their advocate when they are dealing with too much to speak for themselves, filling a void he finds deeply gratifying.

Derry is guided by a Maya Angelou quote that reflects his belief that attorneys are judged by the impact they have on their clients: that people may forget what you said or did but will never forget how you made them feel.

Todd Dickey was working at a Chicago law firm when the 9/11 attacks happened. Law firms began cutting jobs, so he returned to his hometown of Green Bay, taking a job in defense litigation.

It turned out to be a great fit.

At the Everson Law Firm, Dickey’s practice focuses on defending insurance companies and insureds in the realms of insurance and tort law. He has litigated more than 30 jury trials.

Besides working in Northeast Wisconsin, Dickey has represented clients in Northwest Wisconsin, the Upper Peninsula of Michigan and Illinois.

Dickey said one of his best memories in court was when his whole family was able to attend and see him in action.

Domol’s greatest career accomplishment was obtaining a confidential settlement on behalf of a young man who suffered catastrophic injuries when a drunk driver crashed head-on into his vehicle. The settlement will cover all necessary medical care and equipment for the rest of the client’s life while also providing significant financial security.

Michael Hupy is the president of Hupy and Abraham, S.C., with 54 years of experience as an attorney specializing in personal injury law.
