Retired Outagamie County Circuit Court Judge Harold Froehlich received the Lifetime Jurist Achievement Award, and Milwaukee County Circuit Court Chief Judge Jeffrey Kremers received the Judge of the Year Award from the State Bar of Wisconsin in November.
