Antonina (Toni) Prestigiacomo is a partner in Foley & Lardner’s Finance & Financial Institutions and Real Estate Practices, where she has built a nationally recognized practice over 30 years at the firm’s Madison office.

A native of Madison, Prestigiacomo specializes in structuring and closing mortgage loan transactions for conventional acquisition, bridge and mezzanine financing. Her practice particularly focuses on skilled nursing and assisted living facilities. She also represents franchise lenders in restaurant financings and has led transactions involving affordable housing and community development, utilizing tax credits and government grant programs.

Prestigiacomo spent 20 years as a flex-time partner while raising her son before returning to full-time practice. In her current role, she mentors the next generation of attorneys, particularly women navigating the challenges of balancing career and family.

Beyond her legal practice, Prestigiacomo has demonstrated significant commitment to community service. She has chaired and served on boards for Gilda’s Club, Catholic Charities and Edgewood Campus School. She continues to serve on the Diocese of Madison Finance Council.

Most recently, Prestigiacomo began a pro bono project to help establish a men’s shelter in Dane County, where she formed the nonprofit organization and filed for tax exemption.

 

Throughout her career at Foley & Lardner, Prestigiacomo has maintained her focus on complex finance and real estate transactions while dedicating substantial time to mentorship and community service in the Madison area.
