As senior counsel for Dykema Gossett, Robin Lehninger’s collaborative spirit and ability to focus on the issues that matter have facilitated countless complex transactions for health care clients of all stripes.

These include individual physicians, provider groups, large hospital systems and health care technology companies. Immersing herself in the operations, objectives and concerns of each client, Lehninger leverages her extensive industry experience to help them seize business opportunities and avoid disruptive compliance missteps.

She takes a holistic view of every proposed transaction, working closely with her clients to evaluate and explain the potential rewards and risks.

While there are many things she enjoys about her job, first and foremost, it’s the people.

“Even when the job is stressful or busy, it is fun to come into the office every day and work alongside a group that supports you personally and professionally,” she said. “They are not only great lawyers but great people, and it is a privilege to serve our clients together.”

Lehninger is a 2015 graduate of the University of Minnesota Law School. After law school, she joined Husch Blackwell in Milwaukee before heading to Dykema in January 2022. She also serves as an adjunct professor of law at Chicago-Kent College of Law.
