Grawe elected to DeWitt Executive Committee

Benjamin Grawe has been elected to serve on DeWitt LLP Law Firm’s Executive Committee. His term went into effect July 1.

The committee oversees and holds accountable the law firm’s management team, including its president and managing partner, by advising on sustainability and growth strategies, operational plans, budgets financial performance and risk assessments.

Grawe, a Vermont Law School graduate, is chair of the firm’s Environmental practice group. His practice focuses on environmental compliance and enforcement matters. Grawe specializes in complex air, waste and permitting issues. His experience includes negotiating settlements with state and federal agencies and managing due diligence in the purchase and disposition of industrial assets. While practicing from the Madison office, Grawe also represents clients from across the country on remediation projects and leads PRP groups in structuring solutions to environmental challenges.

He is a board member for the State Bar’s Environmental Law Section, a member of the Dane County Bar Association and American Bar Association.
