During 2021, Hallmark worked to set up a Project Assistant Program for law students, helping them to find positions during the pandemic. With the Law School, she handles the payroll in addition to assisting with student employment. She joined the Law School in 2016 and is an Edgewood College graduate.

Haugen and Hallmark received their awards at the June University Staff Congress meeting.
