A Tennessee attorney agreed to having her Wisconsin law license suspended indefinitely for medical incapacity.

The Wisconsin Supreme Court on Wednesday approved a stipulation to suspend Tracey Berry’s law license. In July, the Supreme Court of Tennessee indefinitely transferred Berry’s law license to disability inactive status. Berry became eligible for a reciprocal suspension for medical incapacity in Wisconsin, and the high court approved the suspension without imposing any costs. She will be able to petition for reinstatement at any time.

Berry doesn’t have any disciplinary history in Wisconsin, but her law license has been administratively suspended since October for failing to pay bar dues and file a trust account certification.

She was admitted to practice law in Wisconsin in 2003 and Tennessee in 2004.
