Applicants wanted for Waushara County DA

Waushara County is accepting applications for its next district attorney.

Gov. Tony Evers announced on Tuesday that his office is seeking a new occupant for that office. The position opened when the former district attorney, Steven Anderson, resigned last week. The new appointee will serve at least until January 2021, when he or she will have to run for re-election to keep the position.

Interested applicants should send a completed application form and supporting materials to govDAapp@wisconsin.gov by Dec. 2.
