In his short career at Neider & Boucher, Joseph Camilli is already sought after for his advice on everything from employment and health law to mergers and acquisitions and business start-ups.

He’s worked in his current role at Madison’s Neider & Boucher since 2017 and has quickly demonstrated his dedication and skill in helping clients contend with complex legal matters.

Before taking his current position, he had served as director of compliance for a local insurance broker and as assistant general counsel for a renewable-energy start-up. He also has experience working for the Hennepin County Public Defender’s Office in Minneapolis.

“Joe is thoughtful and innovative in his law practice,” said Terri Neider, office administrator at Neider & Boucher. “His ongoing, voluntary and self-motivated pursuit of knowledge enhances his understanding of the law and helps to provide clients with the highest quality legal services.

“He is truly a rising star in the Wisconsin legal community,” she added. “Joe’s ability to balance his legal practice with his personal life is amazing. Those of us who work with him are in awe.”

Camilli is dedicated to leaving a mark on places around him as well. He regularly volunteers for the State Bar of Wisconsin Hotline, where he provides guidance for those unfamiliar with the innerworkings of the legal system. He also lectures for the University of Wisconsin-Madison’s Small Business Development Center and is on the board of directors for the Rotary Club of Madison South.

“I enjoy problem solving with business owners in order to help them succeed in their business ventures,” Camilli said. “Every day brings a new challenge and opportunity for them and for me, which is exciting. I can’t express how grateful I am for the amazing opportunities afforded me by my colleagues at Neider & Boucher – opportunities that have directly led to this award.
