Attorney Michael Hupy has announced a $25,000 reward to the first person to provide authorities with information leading to the arrest and conviction of the person who fired the fatal shot that took the life of a 20-year old.
On Aug. 25, Tay Jackson, a 20 year-old girl, was shot and killed in the vicinity of 21st and Burleigh near Moody Park in Milwaukee during a drive-by shooting.
Jackson was a local presence in the area, and actively participated with non-profit activities run by COA Youth & Family Centers. The Milwaukee Police Department is seeking help from the public for leads toward finding the responsible party.
