MESSAGE FROM THE ASSOCIATE PUBLISHER/EDITOR: Working together toward diversity

We congratulate and honor our diversity and inclusion leaders featured in this special edition. But we know our work is far from done.

We are good at telling stories — and believe with utmost sincerity that learning more about one another can bring us together.

That’s exactly what we hope to accomplish with The Daily Reporter and Wisconsin Law Journal’s Diversity in Business awards. With this publication and our accompanying awards program we are striving to accomplish two things: Tell the inspiring stories of some of our leading individuals and companies in diversity and help facilitate a dialogue about the issues we’re facing in order to promote positive change and progress.

Whether at the event or from these pages, I hope you gain familiarity with the 13 companies and individuals we’re honoring with our 2019 diversity issue and awards program, and the incredible paths to success they’ve taken.

These individuals and organizations are leading the way in diversity and inclusion around the state. We congratulate them for their success and urge them to continue their outstanding work as we all push toward a better tomorrow.
