von Briesen expands into Fox Valley

Milwaukee-based von Briesen & Roper recently acquired a law firm in the Fox Valley.

von Briesen announced Wednesday that lawyers and staff members of Neenah-based Hesson & Birtch had joined the firm. They work in the firm’s new office at 244 E. Doty Ave., Neenah.

Hesson & Birtch, which stopped operating on Dec. 1, was a business, real estate, estate planning and probate firm.

The following lawyers joined von Briesen from Hesson & Birtch:

Shareholder Grant Birtch, an estate planning, probate, real estate and corporate lawyer;
Shareholder Jeffrey Hesson, who represents businesses in matters such as contract review and risk analysis; and
Counsel Gerald Rammer, a tax and estate planning attorney.
