Ashanti M. Mcalister appeals a judgment, entered upon a jury’s verdict, convicting him of first-degree intentional homicide as a party to a crime. He also appeals a postconviction order that denied his claim for a new trial on the ground that he has newly discovered evidence. We conclude that the circuit court properly denied his postconviction claim without a hearing. Accordingly, we affirm.
