Milwaukee Police Chief Alfonso Morales will be the next guest featured in “On the Issues with Mike Gousha.”

Morales joined the Milwaukee Police Department in 1993. He was named interim police chief in February, succeeding the retiring chief, Ed Flynn. The Fire and Police Commission made Morales chief in April.

Morales will discuss his plans for the department with Gousha, a broadcast journalist and Marquette University Law School’s distinguished fellow in law and public policy, on Sept. 13 at 12:15 p.m. at the Lubar Center at MU Law School’s Eckstein Hall, 1215 W. Michigan St.

The event is open to the public, but registration is required and can be done online.
