Focus: Ineffective Assistance of Counsel

Devonte M. Wilson appeals a judgment convicting him after a jury trial of three counts of recklessly endangering safety, use of a dangerous weapon, and one count of disorderly conduct, as an act of domestic abuse. Wilson also appeals an order denying his postconviction motion. Wilson argues that the circuit court erred in denying his postconviction motion alleging ineffective assistance of trial counsel without a hearing. We affirm.
