MADISON, Wis. (AP) — The Wisconsin Republican Party has given state Supreme Court candidate Michael Screnock nearly $110,000 in in-kind contributions for the officially nonpartisan race.

The party updated its campaign finance filing this week to show the contributions to pay for digital media, staff and direct mail.

Screnock is a Sauk County circuit judge and the choice of conservatives in the Feb. 20 primary. He faces the liberal Madison lawyer Tim Burns and Milwaukee County Circuit Judge Rebecca Dallet. She is also trying to appeal to Democrats and has run a television ad attacking Republican President Donald Trump.

Wisconsin Manufacturers and Commerce and the conservative group the Wisconsin Alliance for Reform have been running ads for Screnock. The liberal group One Wisconsin Now said Tuesday they have spent nearly $550,000 so far.
