GREEN BAY, Wis. (AP) — A man accused of driving drunk and killing a couple in a Green Bay traffic crash has pleaded no contest to charges including reckless homicide.
WLUK-TV reports that Daniel Boucher will be sentenced Feb. 17 for the crash last February that killed James and Wendy Rush and injured a passenger in Boucher’s vehicle.
Boucher pleaded no contest Tuesday to four charges. Fifteen others were dropped but may be considered by Judge Thomas Walsh at sentencing.
