Barrock d/b/a Barrock & Barrock (hereinafter “Barrock”) at the close of Halbman’s case-in-chief during the jury trial of this legal malpractice action. The court granted the motion on the basis that Halbman failed to introduce sufficient evidence of damages. Halbman contends the court erred; we disagree and affirm
