The Wisconsin Supreme Court has issued all its rule orders for the term.

The justices on Thursday released three orders, clearing its docket. Two of the orders involved a rule that allows circuit courts to transfer child-support cases to tribal courts.

The first involved a review of the rule, which was most recently looked at by the justices in 2010. The high court voted to uphold that rule in June after sending Justice Michael Gableman to tribal courts around the state to gather opinions about how the rule was working.

The second rule was brought by six members of the Oneida Tribe of Indians of Wisconsin, who petitioned the court in July 2014 to repeal the rule. They argued that elimination is needed to take power away from the Oneida Nation judiciary, which they say is biased and favors nepotism over justice. The justices voted in June to dismiss the petition.

The third order the justices issued Thursday involved a petition that Chief Justice Pat Roggensack filed in 2013 calling for there to be a process the court could use to make its rule-making procedures more efficient. The justices voted to dismiss the petition in June. Roggensack made the motion for dismissal, saying she no longer believes the change is necessary.

The court has also released all its decisions for the term in lawyer-disciplinary matters and case decisions, according to court officials.
