WAUKESHA, Wis. (AP) — An Oconomowoc woman accused of fatally shooting her husband and hiding his body is due in court to enter a plea to charges.
Amy Van Wagner was arrested last month in the death of her husband Stanley Van Wagner. His body was found in the basement of their home in May 2015. According to a criminal complaint, two shell casings were found in a first-floor office, along with blood and a hole in the wall. Investigators believe Van Wagner was killed upstairs and his body moved to the basement.
