MEQUON, Wis. (AP) — A Milwaukee man has been charged in the drug overdose death of a freshman at Concordia University in Mequon.

Twenty-three-year-old Shuntaye Crenshaw is facing a charge of first-degree reckless homicide.

Prosecutors say Crenshaw sold heroin and other drugs to 18-year-old Caleb Ford, of Waukesha, and three other students in October. WISN-TV says Ford was found dead of an overdose in his dorm room.

Police zeroed in on Crenshaw after an interview with Ford’s co-worker last month.

Concordia says the other students involved are no longer enrolled at the university.
