Motion to Suppress

2014AP1458-CR State of Wisconsin v. Darrel Anthony Dukes

Darrel Anthony Dukes appeals a judgment of conviction entered after a jury found him guilty of possessing with intent to deliver more than fifteen but less than forty grams of cocaine. See WIS. STAT. § 961.41(1m)(cm)3. (2011-12). He contends that the trial court erroneously denied his motion to suppress physical evidence and failed to address his concerns about an allegedly inattentive and disruptive juror. We reject his claims and affirm.

Decision

Affirmed. Per Curiam.
