2014AP304-CR State of Wisconsin v. Richard L. Weber

Richard Weber appeals a judgment of conviction. The issue is whether the circuit court erred in denying his suppression motion. We conclude, based on the arguments that have been presented on appeal, that the court erred. Accordingly, we reverse and remand with directions.

Reversed and Remanded. Per Curiam.
