2014AP2969 State of Wisconsin v. Ronell Howlett

Ronell Howlett, pro se, appeals from an order of the circuit court that denied his postconviction motion without a hearing and from an order denying his motion for reconsideration. Howlett claims he was entitled to a hearing on his claims of ineffective assistance of trial counsel. We disagree with Howlett and affirm the orders
