Money Judgment – Contempt Sanctions

2013AP2087 Thomas P. Dreifuerst v. Wisconsin Movers Supply Company, Inc.

Respondent-Appellants appeal a money judgment in favor of appellant, Thomas P. Dreifurst. The judgment imposed $140,000 in aggregated contempt sanctions, plus costs and attorney’s fees. The companies challenge the contempt sanctions. For the reasons discussed below, we affirm.
