APPEAL from an order of the circuit court for Milwaukee County: DANIEL L. KONKOL, Judge. Affirmed.

Martie D. Berry, pro se, appeals an order of the circuit court denying his motion for postconviction relief. Berry contends his trial counsel improperly
counseled him regarding a plea offer. We agree with the circuit court that the motion is procedurally barred, so we affirm the order.
