NEILLSVILLE, Wis. (AP) — Bail is set for a central Wisconsin woman and her daughter who authorities say tried to hire a hit man to kill two men.
Forty-six-year-old Shari Klimmer and her 21-year-old daughter, Porscha Rizza, both of Spencer, each face two counts of conspiracy to commit first-degree intentional homicide.
Authorities allege the two tried to hire someone to kill two of Rizza’s ex-lovers, after one of the men wanted to change his child custody agreement because he was moving to Minnesota.
According to the complaint, Rizza started soliciting a man in September and offered $600 to kill one of the men. Another informant told detectives Klimmer had offered $10,000 to kill both men.
The Marshfield News-Herald reports the mother and daughter are being held on a $500,000 bond each. Both are due back in court next month.
