Trusts and Estates — default judgment — relief from judgment

The Estate of Joyce Ann Rainey appeals from a trial court order declining to provide relief from a default judgment granting Cynthia Dargitz’s claim against the estate. Pursuant to a presubmission conference and this court’s order of July 8, 2014, the parties submitted memorandum briefs. See Wis. Stat. Rule 809.17(1) (2011-12). Upon review of those memoranda and the record, we affirm. This opinion will not be published.
