Valaria Brooks appeals pro se from a judgment of the circuit court following the court’s grant of Kilbourn Woods Homeowners Association, Inc.’s (Kilbourn) motion for reconsideration. Because Kilbourn’s legal action was untimely under the terms of the Declaration for Kilbourn Woods (Declaration), we reverse and remand for dismissal of the complaint. This opinion will not be published.
