Motor Vehicles – OWI — reasonable suspicion

Alberta R. Rose appeals from her conviction for third-offense operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of an intoxicant (OWI) arguing that reasonable suspicion did not exist to support the traffic stop of her vehicle and that the evidence gathered after the stop should have been suppressed. We disagree and affirm. This opinion will not be published.
