Sentencing — positive adjustment time

Aleksey Ruderman, pro se, appeals an order denying his petition for positive adjustment time and for a corresponding reduction in his term of confinement in prison. See Wis. Stat. § 973.198 (2011-12). Because we conclude that the trial court properly exercised its discretion when denying Ruderman’s petition, we affirm. This opinion will not be published.
