Civil Procedure – sanctions — frivolous actions

Catherine Conrad appeals the circuit court’s judgment finding Conrad’s action frivolous and imposing sanctions. Conrad asserts that her claims have merit. For the reasons explained below, we affirm. This opinion will not be published.
