Criminal Procedure — judicial bias

Jesse Herrmann appeals a judgment of conviction and an order denying his motion for postconviction relief. The issue is whether the circuit court’s comments at sentencing support a conclusion that the judge was biased. We conclude they do not. We affirm. This opinion will not be published.
